To download a form or map, right-click or control-click the link (PC / Mac)  and choose to download (or "Save Link As..."). It will then download to your downloads folder on your computer.

If you just click on a link, it will open in a new browser window. If you need to print a map, you can simply print the map from your browser window. But if you are filling out a form, you will need to use the steps above to download the form and fill it out.
